He has personally completed more than 4,000 broadcast radio & TV station, and tower appraisals, establishing a long-standing reputation for accuracy, credibility, and industry insight.

Mr. Schutz provides appraiser and expert testimony services to a wide range of clients, including major financial institutions, media companies, equity investors, and regulatory agencies. His valuation work is relied upon in complex financial, regulatory, and litigation matters.

He has been formally recognized as an expert by the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, as well as numerous federal and state courts. He is also qualified to serve as an FCC license trustee for both radio and television broadcast stations.
